Randolf M. Juárez is an insurance and financial services executive with more than four decades of professional experience across banking, Private Banking, insurance, business development, financial operations, client relationship management, and entrepreneurial leadership.
His career includes 16 years with BBVA Banco Provincial, where he progressed through operational, supervisory, and management roles and later served within Private Banking operations supporting VIP and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. This experience strengthened his capabilities in client service, financial decision-making, relationship management, operational discipline, risk awareness, and leadership.
Randolf holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration and Finance and a Master of International Business (MIB), complementing his professional experience with advanced preparation in financial strategy, international business, corporate governance, organizational leadership, and management.
His continuing executive and professional development includes programs and certifications through Harvard ManageMentor, Harvard Business Publishing, UniAthena / European University programs, UTH Florida University Executive Education, and Suazo Business Center & Utah Valley University. His areas of study have included leadership, employee development, finance essentials, digital intelligence, business ethics, budgeting, process improvement, customer focus, business strategy, organizational leadership, change management, modern finance, capital markets, and business plan development.
Randolf is also the author of ESIS® — The Foundational Model for Ethical Stability and Financial Integrity, a work centered on ethical stability, financial integrity, governance, responsible leadership, and long-term institutional development. The ESIS® framework reflects his commitment to integrating ethics, accountability, financial discipline, and strategic decision-making within organizations.
As Founder & CEO of TOUCAN Insurance LLC, an independent insurance agency based in Utah, Randolf focuses on helping individuals, families, and businesses make informed decisions about risk, protection, and financial security. He currently holds an active Utah Property & Casualty Producer License and leads the agency with a client-centered philosophy based on transparency, education, personalized guidance, and long-term relationships.
His broader professional perspective combines insurance, risk management, financial services, Private Banking, HNW and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) client relationships, international business, business development, and strategic leadership.
